ISLAMABAD: PMLN Secretary Information Marriyum Aurangzeb says Imran Khan’s government won’t survive another day if his network of fake news propaganda against Shehbaz Sharif is banned in the country.
In a statement, Marriyum said Imram used fake news sources of NAB against Shehbaz Sharif for 3 years and was now using FIA fake news sources to defile him. Imran is still an absconder in the Rs 10 billion defamation case by Shehbaz and as it appears he had not learnt his lesson yet.
” Why are NAB and FIA blind to the theft in public sugar, wheat, flour, medicines, electricity, gas, ring-road, LNG and petrol? Why can’t the se the corruption BRT Peshawar, Billion Tree Tsunami, 23 Illegal Foriegn Funding Case, and the Helicopter Case”, the former Information Minister questioned.
Marriyum said FIA must present the sources of information, evidence, witnesses in courts instead of knitting stories and coercing media to propagate it. Because it was now known to all that PTI faced the most shameful embarrassment every time they were asked to produce evidence in court, she added. She said these fake cases had been investigated through Supreme Court, High Court and Accountability Courts over and over and over again but Imran just couldn’t get over his vengeance.
“How many times will Imran run the same fake news through different sources? He should have understood by now that these tactics won’t distract the people’s attention from the skyrocketing inflation and unemployment. The king of fake news is indifferent to the misery of the people under his rule and has no plans of providing any relief”, she lambasted.
The PMLN Secretary Information asked Imran to tell the nation about his blunders that had landed the country in a disaster.
