Best Releif Package For Pakistan Is Imran’s Resignation – Marriyum
ISLAMABAD: PMLN Secretary Information Marriyum Aurangzeb has asked Imran Khan to resign for lying on National TV and announcing a fraud package to fool the nation.
In her response to Imran’s speech, Marriyum said this was a ‘Takleef’ Package (pain) not a Relief Package. She slammed the claim that it was an historic Relief package and said the only thing historic about this package was that it was a a historic fraud. This package would bring a new tsunami of destruction in the country and would unleash more inflation and unemployment in the country. Imran had infect fitment announced that the pieces of electricity, gas, medicines sugar, flour and other essential commodities would increase further.
“The only public announcement that would have help solve the crisis created by PTI would have been corrupt, incompetent and clueless Imran Khan’s resignation. What kind of a Relief package comes with an announcement that inflation, unemployment and economic destruction would continue for more months. What kind of a releif package tells the nation that sugar, electricity, gas, petrol, and cotton will get more expensive. What kind of releif package comes with the terrible news that their would a shortage of gas all throughout winters when people would need it the most for heating”, she lambasted.
The former Information Minister said the age old fake narrative of opposition’s corruption had bitten dust. The PMLN leadership had given all evidence of their innocence for tge past 4 decades, she said.
“Imran has been proven as a Internationally certified pathological liar after being embarrassed and proven a liar by Pakistan’s top court. This finger pointing won’t spare Imran from explaining where did the 2 Kilogram Gold, diamond jewelry sets, and 3 expensive watches vanish from the treasury’s foriegn government gifts. If Imran returns the trillions looted in public sugar, flour, medicines, wheat, petrol, LNG, electricity and gas the prices of everything will be halved automatically and the economic disaster will end”, she said.
The PMLN Secretary Information said this promise of releif package was a fraud, just like the promise of 10 million jobs; 5 million homes for the poor; ending corruption in 90 days; committing suicide before going to IMF; not trading protocol as Prime Minister; making Prime Minister House a university; tearing down walls of governor house; getting economy on the boom in 100 days; selling petrol at Rs 46 per litres; never lying to the nation and hundreds of others.
But the truth is vastly different from all these lies, she said. The truth is that because of PTI nation debt jumped from Rs 29,000 billion to Rs 48,000 billion; milked from Rs 90 to Rs 130 per litre; yogurt from Rs 100 to 200; rice from Rs 80 to 180; price of vegetables doubled; chicken from Rs 191 to Rs 500; electricity and gas tariffs multiplied; sugar from Rs 52 to Rs 120; flour from Rs 35 to Rs 110; a motorcycle from Rs 64,000 to Rs 95,000; GDP growth plummeted from 5.8 to negative; and amidst all this disappearing jobs and vanishing livelihoods, she pointed out.
Talking about the Tehreek-e-Labbaik issue, she said Imran Khan should first muster up the courage to make his secret deal with TLP public. She said any possibility of joining the National Security Committee would be decided by the party leadership after thorough deliberation.
