ISLAMABAD: PMLN Secretary Information Marriyum has lashed out against Shehzad Akbar saying those who should be prosecuted under law and given exemplary punishment have the audacity of proposing legal action against Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif.
In a statement Marriyum said, PTI and its touts will need to answer for drowning the country into the worst inflation, unemployment, corruption and economic destruction no matter if they open millions of cases to divert public attention.
The former Information Minister said no distraction can save PTI from explaining 23 illegal secret foreign funding accounts. She said PTI may open even settled cases if they want, but they will have to answer the nation over trading off Kashmir. Such tactics can’t save them from scrutiny over false statistics of economic progress and adding Rs 13,000 billion to national debt.
Marriyum said, Imran should tell his commission tout to stop embarrassing himself and his master like he did everytime in the past.
