LAHORE: PMLN Vice President and Punjab Assembly Opposition Leader Hamza Shehbaz has announced pursuing criminal cases against anyone including government officials responsible for rigging in Daska Election.
Talking to PMLN leaders, Hamza said the party had decided that all those who attempt to rob the public mandate will be dragged to the dock for accountability. He said it is the responsibility of the Election Commission Officials and staff to ensure free, fair and transparent election in Daska. They must also ensure the safety and security of the people of Daska, he added.
Hamza urged the Election Commission Officials and staff to flat out refuse to obey any orders of rigging and manipulation given by the government. He said tampering with the votes of the ballot box would be tampering with Pakistan. He requested the Election Commission to strictly guard the counter files. The Election Commission staff must ensure that the counter files match the serial number of the issued ballot.
The PMLN Vice President told the people to vehemently and robustly guard their vote and its sanctity at all cost by all means. He did the defeat of vote thieves will be the cue for these mandate robbers to be sent home packing. By the grace of God almighty, 10 April will mark the day of victory for the people of Daska. Prior will reject and oust those who had crushed them under inflation and unemployment.
The Punjab Assembly Opposition Leader did every single vote will contribute in dethroned the Kashmir-selling, sugar, flour, medicines, electricity and gas robbing corrupt gang. He warned the government not to resort to hooliganism, unlawful tactics or there would be consequences because every voter of daska will guard their vote.
