PMLN Secretary lnformation Marriyum Aurangzeb has pledged to challenge Imran Khan’s appearance on print and broadcast media in court after the PEMRA notice.
In a statement Marriyum said, Imran and members of his cabinet are absconders. She said Imran robbed the public mandate and vote, their sugar, wheat, flour, medicine and fuel, he cannot be allowed to appear on media.
She said PEMRA has ruled that Imran who is an absconder for 6 years in foreign funding case cannot appear on media print or broadcast. The 23 illegal account holder Imran is barred from all media according to PEMRA notification. Allowing the one who embezzled Zakat donations should be banned from television screens, she said. The proclaimed offender in Helicopter case will now be barred from all media on Pemra instruction she added. Even the cabinet meeting cannot be aired after Pemra orders she said.
Marriyum said after this notice of PEMRA not a single statement of the theif, corrupt, proclaimed offender and absconder Prime Minister and his cabinet cannot be aired.
