NAB Has No Legal, Moral Ground To Exist Must Be Shuttered – Marriyum
PMLN Secretary lnformation Marriyum has demanded that the NAB Chairman should resign instead of sending notices to the political opponents of his master.
In a statement Marriyum said, after the remarks of the Supreme Court and the report of the Human Rights Watch, the only notices that should be issued is that of shutting down NAB.
She said the Supreme Court clearly said that media trial is disallowed and unless and until a reference is filed nobody is allowed to report. This media trial, she said is a contempt of the court. She said this peddling of propaganda news through the so-called Sources is a clear violation of court orders.
She questioned the existence of NAB after Khawaja Saad and Salman Rafiq. She said NAB has become the worst example of injustice, vengeance, malintention and malice. She said how can the NAB Chairman send any notices after the HRW report. She said the Islamic Ideological Council, Legal Experts and everyone else has exposed the true face of NAB.
The Nation, she said, has figured out the true purpose and agenda of the NAB-Niazi alliance.
