CCTV Footage of Matiullah Jaan Has Exposed Truth Behind His Disappearance – Marriyum
PMLN Secretary Information Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that the CCTV footage of Matiullah Jaan being forcefully taken away had exposed the truth behind his disappearance and has vociferously demanded that he should be rescued immediately.
In a statement Marriyum said, Matiullah was a fearless and upright journalist who spoke truth to power. She told the PTI government to stop punishing the people of Pakistan for its failures, incompetence and disastrous rule and must stop embarrassing Pakistan in the international community with such actions.
The former Information Minister said the smudged and tainted face of the government wouldn’t be wiped clean by breaking the mirror. She said Imran-led government must know that truth can never be kept buried no matter what gagging forces might do.
