Important That Youth Know History Of Pakistan Becoming Atomic Power – Shehbaz
PMLN President and National Assembly Opposition Leader Shehbaz Sharif while congratulating the nation on Yaum-e-Takbeer, has said that it is extremely important for the youth of Pakistan to know how this extremely important task was achieved and who are the heroes who played a pivotal role in making thus possible.
In his message for the day which is o served to commemorate the 28th May 1998 when Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif conducted 6 successful nuclear tests in response to India’s 5 to announce Pakistan as the only Muslim Atomic Power and the world’s 7th.
He said this process was started by the later Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto while the brave decision of displaying this ability was taken by PMLN Quaid Nawaz despite immense international pressures. He paid rich tribute to everyone from Bhutto to Nawaz, experts, scientists, valuable facilitators, armed forces of Pakistan and tye nation for making this possible. These he said are the pure sons for soil who did not sell out the honour and pride of the motherland no matter how much they were tempted with unimaginable personal enrichment or threatened with the worst.
The National Assembly Opposition Leader said it is especially important to tell the new generation about the importance of this day because this day is the assurance for the safety, security and sovereignty of our people and their future. The youth, he said, would need to prepare themselves to face and conquer the challenges faced by the country. For which they will need extraordinary seriousness, quest for knowledge and maturity.
He said on this day, the black mountains of Chaghi Balochistan turned white amidst roaring chants of Allah Ho Akbar. PMLN Quaid Nawaz Sharif declared that day that Pakistanis do not bow to anyone but Allah Almighty and he rejected all offers of billions of dollars. He said this nation is an iron wall against any curve looking to undermine its security and sovereignty.
Shehbaz said the next destiny on the road to greatness is an unassailable economy which is imperative for the sovereignty
And security of Pakistan.
He requested the nation to stay home, stay safe and celebrate Yaum-e-Takbeer. Chant the Nara e Takbir and pray for Pakistan’s progress, development and prevention from pandemic.
