Role of technology, imperative to enhance education in country: Ahsan Iqbal

ISLAMABAD, Apr 16 (APP): Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reform Ahsan Iqbal Wednesday said the role of technology and innovation in current scenario was imperative for the way of delivering education, not only to children but also to the society as a whole. Dasu, Diamir-Bhasha power projects to be built simultaneously: Dar

ISLAMABAD, Apr 16 (APP): Federal Minister for Finance, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar Wednesday said both Dasu and Diamir-Bhasha hydro power projects would be built simultaneously in the country. For this purpose, an investment conference will be be held in Washington in which representatives from different financial institutions including IFC, and World Bank would participate, he added. Govt committed to development of tribal areas: President

ISLAMABAD, April 16 (APP): President Mamnoon Hussain Wednesday said the government accorded top priority to the socio-economic development and uplift of the tribal areas and several initiatives were underway to bring about a positive change in the area.
